About Thryve & Our Courses

What is Thryve?
Thryve is a leadership consultancy rooted in Aarhus, Denmark, working at the intersection of adaptive leadership, transformational change, and systemic strategy. We help individuals and organisations thrive in complexity through courses, workshops, and tailored consultancy.

Who are Thryve’s leadership courses for?
Our courses are designed for professionals, team leaders, creatives, and changemakers navigating complex environments. If you’re working with change, strategy, or transformation — you’re in the right place.

Do I need experience in strategy to join a course?
Not at all. Our courses are designed to meet you where you are — whether you’re just starting or have years of leadership experience. We blend theory, practice, and personal reflection to create meaningful learning for all levels.

What’s included in the course fee?
Courses include facilitation, course materials, lunch, coffee/tea, and healthy brain food. Accommodation is not included unless otherwise noted.

Where are the courses held?
Many of our leadership courses are hosted in Aarhus, Denmark — but we also work across Europe and Japan. We partner with local spaces and communities to deliver learning where it’s most impactful.

Can I hire Thryve as a consultant?
Yes! Thryving Strategy is also available as a bespoke consultancy service. We facilitate organisations through strategic processes, helping teams design and land strategy with clarity and momentum.
