This experience invites leaders, changemakers and professionals to explore leadership through a feminist lens — grounded in awareness, inclusion, and systems thinking. Designed to empower and inspire, this course blends adaptive leadership principles with intersectional feminist practice to help you lead with courage and connection.

This course is for leaders, facilitators, educators and changemakers who want to grow their impact — with equity at the core. Whether you’re new to feminist thinking or already applying it in your work, these two days offer space for reflection, connection and learning in community.

This is no theoretical download. Expect real dialogue, peer learning, and deep reflection. Over two days, we’ll work with:

• Intersectionality in practice

• Adaptive leadership for complexity

• Co-creative and inclusive team dynamics

• Challenging internalised structures and unconscious bias

• Building collective agency and systems change from the ground up
