This course is built on Thryving Strategy β our own practice-based framework shaped by years of consultancy experience and grounded in insights from Harvard Business School (Disruptive Strategy) and the Kaospilot approach to learning and transformation. The Thryving Strategy course unfolds over 3 intensive and reflective days.
Each day is crafted to activate your head (strategic understanding), hands (experiential learning), and heart (meaningful reflection).
Day 1: Foundations & Simulation Kickoff
What is strategy, and why does it matter now?
Strategic awareness & adaptive thinking
Introduction to human-centered and systems-informed strategy
Kickoff of the participatory strategy simulation using a fictional case
Group formation and initial phases of the workshop
Day 2: Simulation Deep Dive
Full-day immersive experience in the strategy simulation
Applying tools, frameworks, and system mapping
Navigating complexity, ambiguity, and feedback loops
Co-creating alignment and crafting strategic options
Day 3: Landing Strategy & Reflective Integration
Final phase of the simulation and key takeaways
